1 ripe papaya, halved
1 cup Greek yoghurt
1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 kiwi, diced
1 passionfruit, halved
Using a spoon, scoop out the papaya seeds and discard. Fill each half with 1/2 cup of Greek yoghurt.
Divide strawberries and kiwi between each.
Spoon one half of passionfruit seeds over each papaya boat.
